Choose language at each step
Khtoom provides Arabic, English, and Hebrew experiences. Check the language used by the sender, the recipient page, and the message accompanying the link.
Changing the interface language does not translate the uploaded agreement. Prepare an appropriate document version and have its wording reviewed separately.
Check right-to-left and mixed content
Test Arabic and Hebrew pages with names, dates, amounts, email addresses, and document numbers. Mixed left-to-right and right-to-left content can look different from the surrounding paragraph.
Preview signature positions on every relevant page and inspect the final PDF. Verify the result on the type of phone or desktop the recipient uses.
Keep language versions aligned
If you maintain several document translations, identify the version and date for each one. When a clause changes, update the corresponding translations before using the template again.
Send an instruction message in the recipient’s language and provide a contact who can clarify the request. Track language-related questions during a small pilot before extending the process.
FAQ
Will changing the interface translate my PDF?
No. Interface language and document content are separate. Upload the reviewed document version in the language your recipient needs.
What should I check in an Arabic or Hebrew PDF?
Review text direction, names, mixed-language numbers and addresses, signature positions, and the final page layout on the recipient’s device.
